The French Fry Ferret's cooldown can be affected by toys and Nihonzaru. Although it cannot affect the number of levels it gives.

The French Fry Ferret shares the same ability as the Level Up Lollipop, but it activates on a set amount of time and uses that on a random pet (if there is only one different pet equipped, it will always use its ability on that pet).
