The Moon Cat shares the same trait with the Orange Tabby.

Only the "Moon Nap" ability is stackable.

In order for the Moon Cat's "Moon Nap" ability (Size bonus within AOE ability) to work on fruits, the fruit must start its growth process while the cat is napping within its AOE. Fruit that have already visibly grown before the ability, whether fully or not, or fruit that did not grow out at all during the ability will not be affected. Therefore, pets like Triceratops and Echo Frogs are best when paired with the Moon Cat. Watering Cans may also be suitable for certain plants bearing fruits that grow when watered such as Moon Melon.

It's eyes don't close when it sleeps.

On 7/29/25, the Moon Cat was nerfed, specifically the Lucky Harvest Ability, to not stack due to Moon Cat stacking causing fruits to have a 100% duplicate chance.
