There is no obtainable seed for the Golden Egg.
Even though sprinkler sizing does not work on pets, huge eggs are still possible. There is a 2% chance of encountering one. These huge eggs are occasionally laid by the goose.
Workaround to collect huge eggs:
Step 1: Place a seat cosmetic, such as a bench, in the garden.
Step 2: Sit in the seat, and use a Trowel to place the egg on top of the seat. Do not exit the seat.
Step 3: Move the camera around until the collect prompt appears, or rapidly press the collect button while moving the camera and it should be harvested.
